In 2013, the driving range at Cool Springs had stood the test of time for decades without changes to the amenities or design of the landscape located atop a hill in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania. When Cool Springs was purchased that year by PCG Capital, and PCGRE was chosen to move ahead with the renovation, we knew we had a solid foundation to build upon, but that the customers craved more. We craved more.

Relying on the expertise of our PGA Professional Jeffrey Ellis, and experienced golf professional John Henk, in coordination with our PCG Capital leadership team, we were able to completely redesign the complexity of the range by upgrading the targets and greens, by extending the depth of the range and by installing TopTracer Range Technology. We worked with experts in every field to scientifically and aesthetically create an experience that golfers, both novice and professional alike, could enjoy. Off of the range, we were able to include a Pro Shop and Clubhouse dining experience, bringing the traditional 18-hole experience to the range at Cool Springs. All encompassing, the driving range at Cool Springs embodies the spirit of the growing and evolving communities that surround it.
