PCGRE shares vision for new strategy in 2019 alongside the unveiling of a new real estate advisory firm, Totum, under the tutelage of former President Kevin Riley.
Penn Cove Group Real Estate (PCGRE), the Pittsburgh based real estate services company, announces a restructure and shift of focus from providing real estate brokerage services while continuing to provide project construction management and property management services. Some of the noteworthy projects that PCGRE has spearheaded include: the Oxford Athletic Club, the former Kings Restaurant properties in South Fayette and Wexford, and the Wildwood Sports & Entertainment Complex in the North Hills.
Kevin Riley, who has served as PCGRE’s President for the last two years, will be departing to start a new real estate advisory firm named Totum Realty Advisors, LLC. During his tenure Kevin has led PCGRE and its clients through a myriad of real estate advice on transactions that have proven to be valuable to clients who are seeking quality market insight and guidance. PCG Capital’s managing partner, Brian Shanahan, stated, “It has been a pleasure working with Kevin over the past decade. We look forward to the prospect of Kevin’s new company continuing to provide us with valuable advice.”
